Small Apartment with sea view
1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom / sleeps 2 / on the beach
A smaller independent residence endearly called ‘Evitaki’ by its owners, meaning Little Evita in Greek, exists within the same private estate. This all-in-one ground level apartment has its own entrance and access to the beach. It is ideal for family or friends wanting to maintain a level of freedom from the main party staying in EVITA or for accompanying staff.
Little Evita has a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room area. A double bed room enjoys full length windows with views onto the garden lawn of EVITA and the same spectacular views of the sea. It is serviced by a small modern en-suite WC and shower room.
Garden is entirely covered by green lawn and an inspiring narrow Pétanque terrain. EVITA is definitely about having fun at any age.
The beach level is a square teracy with swimming pool and a natural wooden deck, located just above the narrow pebble coastal boundary. Comfortable loungers feel as if they are floating above the sea can prevent you from doing much more.An iron gate provides direct access to the sea and a iron jetty from which you can sail out into the distance from. Private ownership of coastline does not exist in Greece so the beach itself may be shared by others. A property that sits on such proximity to the beach is a privilege to be appreciated with pleasure. Enjoy and then enjoy just another.
